Stories from the road: H-E-R.world documents Innerbeing.world’s Europe tour. YouTube Shorts of healing work, exile experiences & hope restored.
Getting out of our Comfort Zone 🙏🏻Leaving a place we quickly got used to and taking the road down south Portugal. Looking forward meeting wonderful people along our way ❣️✨💕
Inner process: Gratitude instead of Frustration. Frustration can create a non-alignment with oneself.. let’s try and see the positive sides in all challenging situations and be kind to ourselves 💕✨
The Gift of Presence: How connection restored my alignment
How loosing my center on the road led to an unexpected gift: friends who showed up at exactly the right moment, restoring alignment through simple presence and deep conversation.
Listening to our body when taking important decisions: Learning to honor our body’s wisdom over external commitments. When something felt physically wrong, we chose authentic self-care over obligation—and discovered that it was a healing decision.
Where is home? Home is everywhere! Take your roots along with you ✨
Having myself spent Christmas all over the world, far away from family and the so called “Christmas” spirit, I realise today, that for me Christmas is more of a heartfelt sensation, where random acts of kindness are a way of feeling the spirit without necessarily be present in a family environment. How do you feel about it?
Wishing a meaningful, peaceful and transforming 2026 ✨🙏🏻💕
Do we plant roots or stay grounded?
When you’ve lived between worlds your whole life, “putting down roots” can feel impossible.
But grounding? That’s different.
Roots tie you to one place.
Grounding connects you to earth itself – wherever you are.
Portable sanctuary.
Maybe some of us aren’t meant to root.
Maybe we’re meant to ground.
What resonates more for you?
This morning Dan and I realized something.
When you show up to the same gathering a few days in a row, something shifts. The faces become familiar. The rhythm steadies you. Your body starts to recognize: this is a space I return to.
Not permanence. Just enough belonging for now.
We don’t need roots that bind us to one place. Just rhythms that remind us we can land, even temporarily.

The synchronicity landed this morning.
Meeting with a community called “Living Ethics”.
My practice: Holistic & Ethical Restoration.
The word ethics keeps appearing. Not as rules, but as a way of being with one another.
What if the collective is picking this up? More respectful relationships. More integrity. More honesty in how we meet each other.
Ethics isn’t about being good. It’s about being real.
When we’re ready to listen, the signs are everywhere.

The body speaks truth.
Those little aches when we stand up after 30 minutes? They’re not failures. They’re messengers.
Conscious aging means listening to what the body is teaching—accepting this life passage not with resignation, but with curiosity.
What is aging asking you to let go of? What wisdom is it offering in return?
The body knows. Are we willing to listen?
