I loved participating in this program with Svenja. The environment of trust created helped me share my issues and emotions and the deep listening of the other participants acted like a catharsis to solve problems. I warmly recommend this program.
The sessions with Svenja were insightful, connecting and helped me assess where I’m at in my relation with exile, especially since I was expelled from my birth country and have been struggling with rooting since then. The program came as a resource of support and reconnecting at a very crucial moment in my journey of leaving my home in Auroville, India and having spent a couple of weeks in Europe searching for a new place to live. I felt held and nourished by the group and especially by how Svenja held space for us. The design allows personal processes to be shared and whitnessed as well as a collective movement to unfold through the course of the online sessions. I’m forever grateful for being part of it as it helped me move through the most difficult times of my exile and grieving process and also supported me landing in a much brighter space of slowly opening up to the world again and finally finding a new home and renewing my purpose of being here.
