2. Services Offered
2.1 Group Sessions
– Online group sessions via Zoom (6 participants per group)
– Duration and frequency as specified in booking confirmation
2.2 Therapeutic Modalities
Our services include but are not limited to:
– Deep listening techniques
– Verbal expression facilitation
– Breathing exercises
– Visualisation practices
– Creative expression therapy
– Guided relaxations
– Energy work
3. Client Responsibilities and Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older to participate independently. Minors (under 18) require written parental consent.
3.2 Mental Health Considerations
– Clients must disclose any current mental health conditions or medications
– Clients currently in crisis or requiring immediate medical attention should seek emergency services
- Our services complement but do not replace professional medical or psychiatric treatment
- Support Network Requirement: Each participant must have access to either a qualified therapist or a trusted close friend/support person they can contact if emotional support is needed between sessions or after group work
- Participants should provide emergency contact information for their designated support person
3.3 Participation Requirements
– Maintain respectful communication with facilitator and other participants
– Attend sessions punctually and prepared
– Respect confidentiality of other group members
- Notify of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance when possible
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
– Secure online payment required before session confirmation
– All payments processed through Stripe
– Payments accepted in multiple currencies to serve international clientele
– Exchange rates applied at time of transaction
4.2 Pricing and Tax Information
– Session fees as displayed at time of booking
– Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
– All prices displayed include applicable taxes
– Auto-Entrepreneur Status: As per French Auto-Entrepreneur regime, VAT may not be applicable depending on annual turnover
– EU Clients: Services subject to French tax regulations
– Non-EU Clients: No VAT charged on services provided to clients outside the European Union
4.3 Refund Policy
– Cancellation 7 days before first session: Full refund minus processing fee
– Cancellation 3 days before first session: 50% refund
– Cancellation less than 3 days before first session: No refund
- No-show: No refund
- Medical emergencies considered on case-by-case basis with documentation
- The sessions come as a “package deal” and are not refundable as separate sessions once first session is consumed
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
5.1 Session Confidentiality
– All session content remains confidential
– Group participants agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information
– Sessions are not recorded without explicit written consent
5.2 Data Protection and International Compliance
– Personal information collected only for service delivery
– Data processed in compliance with GDPR for EU clients
– Data stored securely using international-standard encryption
– Client has right to request data deletion after service completion
– Cross-border data transfers conducted with appropriate safeguards
– Data retention periods comply with applicable international regulations
5.3 Limits to Confidentiality
Confidentiality may be broken only when:
– Client poses imminent danger to self or others
– Legal obligation requires disclosure
– Written client consent is provided

- Services are wellness-focused and educational in nature
- Not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment
– Services comply with French regulations for wellness and personal development activities
– Facilitator operates under Auto-Entrepreneur status for holistic wellness services
– Professional liability insurance maintained as required by French law
6.2 Expected Outcomes
– No guarantee of specific results or outcomes
– Healing is a personal process that varies by individual
– Client responsible for applying learned techniques appropriately
6.3 Technical and Location Considerations
**For Online Sessions:
– Stable internet connection required
– Quiet, private space recommended
– Backup communication method advised
– Time zone differences will be clearly communicated in booking confirmation
**Mobile Practice Considerations:**
– Service provider operates from various European locations
– Occasional schedule adjustments may occur due to travel circumstances
– 48-hour advance notice provided for any location-related schedule changes
7. Liability and Risk
7.1 Assumption of Risk
Client acknowledges that:
– Emotional healing work may bring up difficult feelings or memories
– Participation is voluntary and client may withdraw at any time
– Client is responsible for seeking additional support if needed
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Service provider’s liability limited to amount paid for services. Provider not liable for:
– Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
– Technical failures or internet connectivity issues
– Client’s misuse of provided techniques or information
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Materials and Content
– All session materials, handouts, and techniques remain property of service provider
– Clients may use learned techniques for personal use only
– No recording, reproduction, or commercial use without written permission
8.2 Client Content
– Client retains ownership of personal stories shared in sessions
– Client can grant permission for non-identifying case study use for educational purposes
9. Code of Conduct
9.1 Respectful Behaviour
– Discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behaviour not tolerated
– Respect for diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences required
– Inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate session termination without refund
9.2 Group Session Guidelines
– Arrive on time and prepared
– Participate authentically while respecting personal boundaries
– Maintain confidentiality of group members
– Support others’ healing journey with compassion
10. Cancellation and Termination
10.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
– Follow refund policy outlined in Section 4.3
10.2 Provider-Initiated Termination
Services may be terminated for:
– Violation of terms and conditions
– Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour
– Non-payment of fees
– Safety concerns

– All sessions conducted in English unless otherwise arranged
– Client responsible for compliance with local laws regarding online therapy/healing services
– Time zones clearly communicated and confirmed in booking process
11.2 Force Majeure
Neither party liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
– Natural disasters or extreme weather
– Internet outages or technical failures
– Travel restrictions or border closures
– Health emergencies or quarantine requirements
– Vehicle breakdowns or travel-related delays
12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law in accordance with Auto-Entrepreneur business regulations and applicable EU consumer protection directives.
12.2 International Dispute Resolution
– Good faith attempt at resolution required before legal action
– **For EU clients:** EU Online Dispute Resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
– **French jurisdiction:** Disputes may be submitted to French courts as per Auto-Entrepreneur legal framework
– **Mediation:** Online mediation services preferred for international clients
– **Consumer rights:** EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable
13. Modifications and Updates

– Existing bookings honoured under original terms

16.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive)
For EU clients: Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from service contracts within 14 days of purchase, except:
– Services that have been fully performed before the withdrawal period expires
– Services where you have explicitly requested immediate performance
– By booking and attending sessions, you acknowledge waiver of withdrawal rights for completed services
16.3 Tax and Invoice Information
– Invoices provided for all services as required by French law
– Invoice includes: SIRET number, service description, amount, date
– Tax treatment varies based on annual turnover under Auto-Entrepreneur regime
– Clients responsible for any applicable taxes in their country of residence
