Sometimes what we need is simply the healing power of touch – held space in a body that carries both tension and wisdom. Holistic Touch is bodywork offered in presence, without the formal therapeutic frame. It’s for someone experiencing physical tension, someone seeking deep rest and nourishment, or someone curious to discover what their body holds and what wants to emerge.

This practice is offered exclusively to women, creating a dedicated space where you can fully relax and be present with your own healing.

I meet you where you are. If emotions surface during our time together, I’m here to hold that space with you. But this is not a therapy session with a predetermined aim – it’s an invitation to listen to your body’s own knowing.

What to expect

A full hour of present, attentive touch using organic massage oil, working with the areas that need care – whether full body, or focused work on feet, face, or another part of you. You’ll undress the area being treated, and we work on a comfortable mattress on the floor. There’s no pressure to process or perform; simply receiving is enough.
