The following tools are used individually or in combination during online group sessions. Through experiencing these techniques within the group dynamic, participants learn to integrate and utilize them in their daily lives.
My Tool box:
- Deep listening – Creating space for authentic expression and being fully present with what emerges
- Verbal expression – Facilitating the power of voice to release, explore, and integrate experiences
- Gestalt – Working with present-moment awareness and the wisdom of the body-mind connection
- Breathing exercises – Utilizing conscious breathwork to regulate the nervous system and access deeper states
- Visualisation – Engaging the imagination as a pathway to healing and transformation
- Creativity – Expressing and processing through artistic and creative modalities
- Guided relaxations – Facilitating states of deep rest and receptivity for natural healing
- Energy work – Working with the subtle energy systems to restore balance and flow
